CAPE COFFEE Hateso Dambi Uddo, Ethiopia

This offering comes from Dambi Uddo in the Guji highlands of the Oromia region of Ethiopia. It is grown and hand picked between 2,000 - 2,200 metres above sea level by nearby farmers then brought to the Hateso washing station and processed in the neighbouring town of Shakiso. This washed Guji coffee has a sparkling acidity with notes oflavender, watermelon juice and ripe nectarine.
